Do you want to move and feel better? Yoga for back care can bring about a profound change in the way that you move, feel and breathe. 

It will also vastly improve the relationship that you have with pain and injuries. 

To change or improve anything, you first have to realise what needs to be changed: to understand how you hold your posture, and where to find your neutral pelvis and neutral spinal alignment. 

Our everyday habits (how we sit, stand, relax, etc.) affect our posture, breathing and core stability. Poor posture feels normal, and we need tools to provide feedback. By understanding and correcting any 'bad habits' we have, we can transform how we move and feel and unwind unconscious habits to form positive, healthy, lasting changes.


Through a detailed postural analysis you will learn:


  • The relationship between alignment, breathing and core
  • The alignment of your pelvis and spine (how you hold yourself)
  • How to find and get strong in ‘neutral alignment’
  • How to correct imbalances
  • Correct breathing and it's affect on posture and core
  • Proper core activation
  • Increased mobility
  • Selected exercises to keep everything in place!
