Regardless of where you are on your yoga journey, having an experienced teacher that can guide your progress can be a transformative experience.
My approach to teaching is taking different aspects from all that I've learnt and offering each individual relevant information and practices to improve their overall health - not just their Yoga practice!
Each session contains elements of Yoga, the science of Somatic movement, postural alignment, core and breath work, tailored to each client.
You will also learn important facts about your body, how to move and feel better, and how to make these changes lasting.
The classes are designed to work best as One-on-One, either in person or Online, but Group/Corporate classes can also be accommodated.
The classes blend:
Yoga for Back Care (working with proper alignment, core work and breathing)
Somatic Yoga movement (working with muscle memory)
Hatha Yoga/Flow Yoga
